Work It Out
How many times have you started your workout journey and abandoned it after the first few sessions or even mid-way during the first session (This is me!). Finding a solution for “Working out” and keeping with it can be difficult. There is NOT a one size fits all answer. However, as someone who has started and stopped more times than I can count, here is my recommendation.
Dedicate 3 or 2 days a week
